Lvmpd place a abandoned bag at a bus stop is this not entrapment!?

unzipped bag was placed i zipped bag up turned into bus driver and then set at rear of bus. Bus drove off lvmpd stopped bus and took me off and took me to jail for grand larceny.then released16 hours later told no charges were filed three months later kicked door in took me to jail in my pj's for same case. never received notification of charges filed and on intense supervision have to check in every fri and scan hand. how can you run from something you never knew exisisted.
