I have this weird feeling about this girl and I?

Well I got a date to prom this year. My friend mostly helped me do it. We made a crossword and he gave it to her and it had my name in it and a lot of prom hints. She said yes, but the weirdest thing is, is that we really don’t talk much anymore. I feel really strange about this. I mean shouldn’t someone go to the prom with someone they frequently talk to. Last year we did talk a lot more than this year. I have no cles with her, except lunch and I see her like twice a day in the halls and all we say is like hey. We all talk in a group though. Should I be afraid that I will lose her. It just seems weird that she said yes and we barely talk.
