Best PDA with wifi for under $250?

What is the best PDA I can buy for under $250? I am looking for one with a good size screen, wifi, and has the ability to my laptop(running Vista Home Premium 32bit). I am not looking to purchase a data plan, so it will run strictly on the WiFi.
