Plato believes that the view of knowledge embodied in the Allegory of the Cave has profound and far-reaching implications for education. What do you believe Plato means by saying that genuine education involves, "turning one's whole soul from the world of becoming until it can endure to contemplate reality" instead of "putting the capacity of sight into the soul".
