Why does "you have been selected for an anonymous survey" keep popping up on my laptop?

every website i go on (including yahoo, netflix, my schools website) something pops on with the name of the website and a survey with a countdown, it never stops and i even scanned my whole computer for viruses like 5 times! What can i do to make it stop?
