Please help with dresses situation???????????

ok i have this church banquet and i need a modest dress at least knee length and a strap of two inches or more i have searched every where on line and i need one that is cheap that i can have by march 28 if you know any good reatil stores in gainesville or orlando florida or even in jacksonville or any surroudnign area please post with answer i am beggin best answer gest 10 points so make it good i have blonde hair and i am 5'1 i am pretty pale (not ghostly) and wel i need a dress. thanks *
