Just found out I was sued, I was never notified?

this is actually very common.the person who is suing usually gives a fake address for for the person they are suing.get yourself a lawyer you can get this overturned if you can prove this is what he did.start on your own by going to the court house and getting the records and such so you can see where he had the court mail the papers to.your lawyer can do this but you will have to pay the lawyer to do it
