I got a mailfrom free lotto and they are telling i got a free lotto jack pot of 1 million dollar. can i trust ?

I received something similar saying I was on their paid and pending list. When I asked them what that was about they told me it just meant i could win that amount and if i won they would send an email with my full name saying Congratulations NAME OF PERSON you've won. But frankly i Don't trust them. With so many online scams we have to be on our guard. You may be able to see what they're about by checking online lotto scams. And beleive me they are a lot. What ever you do don't send them any money or give them credit card info
