Is there any website to make public attention like Yahoo Answer?

We hav seen a major climate change, huge population growth, immense pollution, demolition of forest etc in last decade in India. And that can be controlled by the Govt of Ind. But nothin major has been done by the politicians as we never urged so. Green card holders (who gon throu family planning rules) also get insignificant facilities in this nation while caste quota is important. We can get rid of al the other problems like unemployment, pollution, terrorism, poverty, but a control on population growth is needed. Can we make public and govt's attention over this but how?
