Do other teams do this too?

My dad, cousin uncle and I drove up to Cleveland to watch the Cavs. When the opponent was about to shoot a free throw they flashed a symbol on the screen of a Cleveland/Ohio team's rival. The first time they showed a Steelers symbol and then they started showing a Michigan symbol next time and then a Red Sox symbol. Everyone would boo. I thought it was pretty funny. Do other teams do something similar or is it just the Cavs?
